Sutter Health Plus – members have no cost-share for services related to screening and testing for COVID-19. Members diagnosed with COVID-19 have no cost-share for covered services related to treatment from February through the end of September 2020. This includes, but is not limited to, PCP office visits, urgent care visits, emergency department visits, inpatient hospital stays, telehealth visits, and lab tests. Members are responsible for the appropriate cost-shares for outpatient prescription drugs. https://www.sutterhealthplus.org/covid-19-coverage-and-cost
What types of services will have a zero cost member cost-share? Common services related to medically necessary COVID-19 screening and testing include, but are not limited to, primary care provider (PCP) office visits, urgent care visits, emergency department visits, telehealth visits, and lab tests.
Western Health Advantage – WHA is now waiving all treatment costs associated with COVID-19 care in an effort to alleviate any unnecessary stress or out-of-pocket costs to impacted members. This includes copayments for office visits or hospitalization, pharmaceutical copayments and costs under the deductible, if applicable, for services related to the treatment of COVID-19. This relief will apply for any treatments from February, 2020 until the end of September, 2020. https://www.westernhealth.com/coronavirus/
Blue Shield – covers all costs through 5/31/20. Teladoc is covered at no cost, regardless of reason through May 31, 2020. Treatment for COVID is covered at no cost through May 31, 2020. https://www.blueshieldca.com/coronavirus/getting-care

immediately, you won’t need to pay any out-of-pocket costs for COVID-19 treatment, including hospital stays.* You don’t need to file a claim or take any action — this simply means we won’t bill you a copay, coinsurance, or deductible for services to test, diagnose, or treat COVID-19.
